Choosing the rignt polyurethane materials we developed and verified by customers and markets, the company produces the wheels and rollers in the production lines with optimal processes to make sure the quality and lead time.

Material Technology

The experienced R&D engineers can calculate and create formula according to the analysis and requirements from customers. Meanwhile, the company has one complete facilities, including test and laboratory equipment to produce customed polyols and react prepolymer. The final material test pieces can be done in house. All the value of basic material properties can be measured and recorded in the lab, including hardness, density, 100% stress, 300% stess, tensile strength, rebound, abrasion resistance, tear resistance, elongation at break, aging test,  compression set, conditive test, high temperature & high humidity test, DMA, etc. 
After the tests of material property, we even can do the finished wheels and rollers test on our dynamic testing machines for heat build-up and obstacle tests to verify the material formula performance.

In the production, there are two elements matter: temerature and time. The engineers keep improving automated production lines based on material features. We design and custom the machines according to requirements of processes to keep temperature stable, fast, convenient and compact to fulfil more and more intelligent.
We upgrade the traditional circled casting lines to logitudinal casting line which makes sure continuous material pouring and temperature more stable which extremely improve the efficiency and quality. At same time, we design new CNC machines to increase the output of trimming process. About prepolyer production, shotblasting, gluing, post-curing and storage, we have reached 80% automation. We will never stop improving our manufacturing technology to make the factory more energy saving, everimental friendly, comfortable for customer and employee.

NDI based tread material brings excelent mechnical properties and dynamic performance because of best heat resistance performance.  Wheels made of Rollathane have best long service life and reliability for material handling industry, such as forklift, AGVs, crane stockers, shuttles, and other special automated equipments.

Rollathane Soft

We provide 75A and 80A for Rollathane Soft to solve the traction application. Meanwhile the Rollathane Soft is NDI based polyurethane which is born with outstanding mechanical properties, like wear resistance, tear resistance, low compression set etc. Excelent heat resistance performance make this wheel working well on long run application.
Rollathane ESD

Rollathane ESD

This formula is developed for sensitive enviroment, like flammable and explosive field and clean room etc. The electro resistance value R ≤10^5Ω. These series are mostly used in semiconductor, OLED,costing and special warehouse etc. Beside the electro static discharge performance, Rollathane tread provides long service life, high speed and high load capacity, which is the best choice of these applications. 97A hardness are developed and widely used. 
Rollathane-Trac

Rollathane-Trac

Rollathane-trac are one composite material based on NDI polyurethane, which provides excelent gripping and traction force for wet and slippy floor, specially for cold storage applications. Shore hardness 75A, 80A, 93A and 95A are available.  Because of NDI material base, the wheels made of Rollathane-trac have long service life in high load and high speed applications.

Wellathane 93/95

Comparing with Rollathane, Wellathane is developed with good cost efficiency for midium load and midium speed, Common shore hardness is 93A and 95A. If the working condition is not long run or extreme load, Wellathane is the best choice because of quality and cost. Wellathane is not one common polyurethane material, it has outstanding physical properties, but lower heat resistance than NDI based Rollathane.

75A and 80A hardness are available for Wellathane Soft, which are mainly used for better traction force and anti-vibration. It offers good load capacity, dynamic performance, good mechanical wear resistance and lower compression set. The wheels made of Wellathane Soft provide better noise reduction, driving comfort and floor protection. 
Wellathane-Dynamic

Wellathane-Dynamic

Wellathane-Dynamic offers outstanding dymanic performance and lowest rolling resistance. It is mainly used in high speed application with great cost efficiency. Shore hardness 95A and 97A are available. This material is good solution for amusement equipments amd high speed shuttles, and other high speed equipments. For better solution is Rollerthane 97A.

Wellathane-Tire

Wellathane Tire is one special polyurethane material for big wheels, diameter from 700mm-1500mm. This material has longer pot life to 1 hour. This material has extreme load capacity, excelent mechanicial wear resistance and lower compression set. So it is mainly used for big wheels of engineering machinery。
