For improving the material performance, we are not limited to polyurathane prepolymers, we are exploring more deeper: polyols and isocyanates: We deeply focus on the chemistry and physical mechanics. Based on the technologies of compounding, synthesizing, reacting and modifying, our "Polymer Materials Technology" gives us more and more superior functional materials and creates products with exceptionally high quality.  

Besides the technology R&D,, we cooperate with our customers closely to technical requirements of various applications, the two material catagory of polyurethane elastomer are born: Rollathane and Wellathane. 

Rollathane

Rollathane is a high class NDI-based polyurethane with optimal mechanic properties and excellent dynamic performance, which including low abrasion loss, high tear resistance, excellent tear propagation resistance, as well as outstanding compressive deformation and rebound resilience. The shear modulus is nearly constant over a very wide temperature range from  –10 °C to +120 °C.

The shore hardness scope is from 80A to 60D.  Based on the basic formula and raw material, we develop Rollathane Serials for applications like High Speed, Anti-static, Conductive, High Traction Force, Wet Floor, Cold Storage etc.

Wellathane

Wellathane is a hign class MDI-based polyurethane with outstanding mechanic properties and dynamic performance. It is developed for economical purpose. Comparing with Rollathane, normally it is used for standard duty. The mechanic properties as abrasion resistance, tear resistance, compression set are nearly same as Rollathane(NDI), but just lower heat resitance performance. For example, long run application, wellathane is not recommended.

The shore hardness scope is from 75A to 97A. There are also four brands in Wellathane Serial for High Speed, Anti-static, Conductive, Wet Floor, High Traction and other applications.
